My husband and I have been to many Italian restaurants not only in Philly but also in NYC, and Radicchio Cafe is our favorite. Food is straightforward and simply excellent. Our favorites are linguini del mare and penne granseola. Grilled calamari appetizer is also good. The dining room gets a little loud and crowded, but it's nice to see other people having a good time, too.
