My sister and I just visited Spalon Montage. her first, my 4th. The atmosphere at Edina is spa perfect. Services are very good. It would be nice if they asked ahead of time if you are a "spa socializer" (meaning you want chit-chat with your stylist / facialist, etc.) or if you prefer to enjoy your service in peace and quiet (meaning NO TALKING). I have to make banal small talk with people all week long at work, I don't need it with my reflexologist too.
Skip the Chanhassen location. it feels like a generic, stripmall, suburban hair salon.
Pros: classy spa atmosphere, variety of services, love the facials
Cons: chatty reflexologist, must book 3-5 months, feels a little rushed
