I invited some friends of mine to meet up with me for happy hour and dinner to follow at El Tiempo. The best-looking happy hour crowd in Houston, Period! I have found my favorite Margarita and fajitas in town. You cannot miss the authentic Mexican breakfast. It is a really great value for the buck-the portions are huge. The service is warm and consistent.
