Classic urban eclectic, from pancakes to eggs, from burgers to even uptown ""greasy spoon"", this place garners my vote for an all around dining experience. Classic dishes, yet cheap to moderate prices, 3rd Street has more than earned its reputation as a Richmond dining staple.
