I've purchased rib platters at this ""carry-out"" restaurant on two separate occasions. First and foremost, they were overpriced.
Although the meat was flavorful, it was so tough and stringy I couldn't eat it! They wrap the ribs in paper unless you ask and pay extra for aluminum foil (no styofoam or paper containers).
As for side dishes they offer commercially prepared potato salad, macaroni salad and cole slaw and the protions are extremely small.
The place SMELLS goodwith its open BBQ pit. The atmosphere is ""comfortable"" with its array of celebrity photos adorning the walls. The service was relatively fast as the stafff is friendly and efficient.
However, on balance - the Rib Crib is a BIG disappointment!
