I went to Morton's for the first time and was disappointed. The service started off well, but by the end of dinner we had chased down our waiter multiple times for drinks and the check. Ordered teh fillet mignon...very well prepared medium-rare. However, the outside was just fried! A friend tried to send it back and the waiter responded with a ""cut further into it"". It helped, but not the burnt crust on the outside. Not worth the price, or comparable with the other downtown steak powerhouses.
Cons: service was slow
