Where do I begin- this auto body repair I thought was going to be a painless activity,.. but I was wrong.
I was first quoted 2-3 weeks max on the repairs,.. how long did it take? Well, we are going on 9 weeks today amd it is STILL not done!
Did they ever call me to give me updates on the progress? NO
Their reasons why it is takign so long? They have suppliers that send them the wrong parts over and over again.
After my car was there for over 30 days I went to go take a look,.. it was in the same place with all of the same damages - they had not touched it in 30 days!
i think this place sucks, I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone!
