I love the Ale House! There is one really close to my house, and I go there frequently. It is perfect if you want to meet friends for a drink before going out, or if you want a laid-back night to just chill. Also, I've never had any food there that I didn't like. I especially like the steak skewers and the captain jack's buried treasure (ice cream dessert).
Pros: good food, inexpensive, casual atmosphere
Cons: too smoky
