Timekeepers really prides them selves on great customer service; you can tell by the eay they go above and beyond to help out. My husband took two of his watches in for new batteries since the other place closer to us was closed.
We had never been there ebfore, but were impressed with their service; we've been telling everyone about them sicne then. The man fized the two watches while my husband stood there waiting. He only charged $5 each and since we didn't have any cash, we wanted to pay with a debit card. The man offered to spot us the money instead, but we declined. We couldn't believe he offered to do that in this day and age. We have since found out he did the same thing for a friend of ours.
