My laptop recently had trouble booting up. I took it to the computer store for a check-up. They said it would cost me about sixty dollars for them to fix it. I agreed since my more technically experienced friend was out of town at the moment. I hastily agreed. When they gave it to me fixed with a new version of Windows Xp I was overjoyed. When I got home, I used Windows update but was informed that I was using a pirated version of Windows. That meant the computer stored used a pirated version of Windows to install on my computer. I was very annoyed and called my friend since I couldn't get a refund.
