The University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor has a good reputation and I did have a good experience there when I have birth to my daughter. However, the U-M health clinic in Canton was a much different experience. Any time I needed to schedule an appointment or just talk to a nurse, I was put on hold for at least 20 to 25 minutes and was given the same "due to unusually high call volume" recording over and over. Also, the doctors were typically running pretty late and seemed rushed.
