Teradon stands for Tera and Don. Tera is the real estate agent and Don is the loan officer. They are a business team that work together like a husband and wife. What a coincidence, they are husband and wife. Tera did a good job and helping us through our first home purchase, and having the patience when we were indecisive. And Don took the time to explain the loans to use. In the end they gave us a big cut in the loan, since we did both services through them.
