Signature Pointe Apartments is a nice complex, but they have someproblems. There staff in the office can be rude, and unhelpful, at least if you have already moved in. . The majority of parking spots are covered, which they charge an extra fee for and they are assigned by liscense plate. . They aren't good about repairs, and will try to haggle money out of you when you move out.they do not have a lot of parking space
