This is a nice little bakery in the downtown Mineola business area. They also have some cold beverages, coffee and newspapers.
The best items here are the fresh baked goods, especially the various coffee cakes. The raspberry coffee cake in particular is especially delicious.
They also have a wide selection of cookies. The coffee is average. Service can be slow, as they often have just one or two people handling customers and when there are a few people in the store, that can increase your wait time.
