Bally's Total Fitness is on Werk Road in the same plaza as Big Lots and the Post Office. It is somewhat easy to get to and they have lots of parking available. There is also a day care on site for children who can walk and older. It says reservations are required for the day care, but I've never had to make them before. I'd call ahead just to be on the safe side, though.
They do offer personal training for an extra fee.
The gym itself is pretty good, although many times at least one of their cardio machines is out of order. They offer a weight room, cardio, exercise classes, and many other fitness machines that target specific areas. They also have an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Those are very nice, just don't slip!
The only downside is that they are not a 24-hour club and that membership is costly. I would recommend them otherwise, though.
