I wish I still had a membership to Lifetime fitness. I've never been to a nicer gym.
When you first join you get to work with a personal trainer who will set up a routine for you. They also do a complete work up of your weight, fat percentage etc. What a wake-up call when they tell you how your body's age compares with your actual age!
There is tons of equipment, and though it's very crowded, you typically don't have to wait.
They offer childcare which I really liked and felt comfortable leaving my child in.
There is a lap pool as well as a zero depth entry pool which is nice with kids. The hot tubs are kept at different temps so you can choose one that suits you.
Overall an excellent club!
