This is a fantastic company. Our air conditioning unit was not working properly so we gave them a call. Since we personally know them, it was a no brainer. Well, they came out in record time and had it fixed. The problem? A spider web was blocking something or other. Then my parent's air conditioner stopped working. Called them again, after calling another un-named company over the weekend who did absolutely nothing. They came out first thing on Monday and fixed the problem. The other guys said they needed a whole new unit, but Jack's fixed the old one up and its been working all summer long.
