If you buy tickets online, you still have to go through the huge line to get a regular ticket. It's better to run by and buy the tickets at the self serve kiosk inside the ticket lobby. That way you already have the "real ticket" and don't have to wait in line. You can go directly through. The lobby is completely disorganized and an inadequate space on a weekend evening. Good luck!
