my brakes badly need changing an when i called American auto they told me that i could bring it in in an hour an they would change them right away. I brought my car in an there service center had a place where my kids could play which helped since it took just about an hour to change all four braked an the front rotors. an it was just one mechanic doing the work an he not only did an excellent job he got it done as fast as he could an didn't charge me for the labor just the parts which surprised me but i paid my bill an put my kids in their car seats an left with brakes that now made the car safer an stop..
