This is one of my favorite weekend restaurants. The Ramos House Cafe is an old home in the heart of the Los Rios District. It only has patio seating. But the decor is centered around a beautiful mulberry tree. It is next to the train station so trains will pass by. Which to me gives it its charm. My favorite item on the menu is the Southern Fried Chicken Salad with Buttermilk Dressing. On the weekends, it's a brunch which comes with a beverage, starter and entrée. I recommend their pomegranate mimosa or their bloody mary's.
