I lived in this apartment complex for a while a few years ago. This apartment complex is income based, and is full of families with young children. The children tend to not be well supervised, and the parking lot is very dangerous. In addition, they have several listed sex offenders listed as living in this complex.
The managers and maintanence crew are not very polite, and they are very strict when it comes to trash and noise levels.
