The guys at Kars were quite helpful and honest when I brought in my ailing Volkswagon. Instead of bilking me out of a ton of money, they kindly told me the things that needed to be fixed immediately and the things that could wait. I know a lot of mechanics would just tell you that all of it needed to be done and I was appreciative that the guys there would save me some money. They were not rushed when I had questions and were very accommodating to my schedule. They were prompt in the repairs and my car was returned quickly so I really was not inconvenienced. I would recommend them to anyone needing a repair.
