I had over 30 winds installed in my home. I was impressed when I first saw the windows, but quickly realized there were some problems. My casement handles fell off and windows would not stay up. I called to have the problems resolved and was not pleased with some of my experiences. Window Wizards knew the casement handles they installed were defective. I had to call the company that made the window and a guy from there finally replaced the handles correctly.
