I bought my recliner here and loved it. The delivery people showed up almost two hours later than expected and I was a bit upset about that then they took the plastic off the chair and there were tiny bits of wood on all over the chair similar to splinters. I ended up getting most of it off using a lint roller which was a huge convince. I was very upset about this but the chair is very comfortable now that it is clean.
