The Baltimore Maritime Museum encompasses several Inner Harbor fixtures, including the Torsk submarine and the lighthouse by M&S. I had walked by these many times before finally taking tours, and I encourage you not to wait as long. The submarine is especially fascinating - you can't tour it without imagining life in such cramped quarters with the feeling of water all around you.
