Horrible. Just horrible. Slowest car wash on the planet. If you have half a day off from work to do nothing but sit in a carwash line, then this might be the place for you. I sat in a 10 car line up for the drive-thru wash for an unbelievable 45 full minutes watching an expensive uncoordinated 1950's crazy wash style process that left me absolutely speechless. Where I come from, 10 cars is a 10 minute line, and that is with a full service wash. Here, at the end of that 45 minute period we had only moved up 2 cars. And...should you decide to bail and leave, you are trapped and cannot turn around or get out. There's even a chain in place where there's an otherwise very useable driveway exit to make sure you can't get out. The equipment is ancient, the process needs more people and a total rethink and everyone needs to just hustle faster. Car washes make money by putting cars through quickly and doing volume. This place doesn't seem to have a clue.
