It’s been over a year and 5 months, we still do not have a properly working pool and we have had to open a active claim against this company with the registrar of Contractors to try and get this company to complete our pool. They have delivered work that the registrar has deemed NOT to be at even the most minimal of acceptable standards and awarded us the customer the judgement that Premier must fix their work and redo things. Eight of ten homes in our neighborhood had pools completed, 3 started after ours and all are done but ours. They all used different pool companies, they were all very happy with their end results. We Still have not received minimally acceptable work to call our pool completed, let alone the high end pool Premier promised they deliver. Go with any other pool company. To many great options to deal with a company that gives you bad service, a pool that has never functioned properly, and charges you a premium.
