First visit said he wanted cold/hot - 6 week therapy. And if that didn't work cortisone shots then MRIs and Xray. Last step would be surgery. Got inserts - actually hurt more but stuck with it. Did hot/cold - didn't help. Went in to get cortisone shots to help before a work trip - Dr. said it wouldn't help. Gave a card for surgery and said nothing else he could do. Um... really? Had time to talk about his band, time to evangelize about his religion and time to talk physics - but barely looked at feet. No thanks.
