Very disappointed in this store when we ordered two dresses online so our daughter could find a prom dress. My wife and daughter didn't notice a "no returns" message on the computer which didn't appear on the bill, and the store is sticking us with an over $500 bill that we can't afford. Other than trying them on once, the dresses and tags are as is. A dress store like this should be more flexible like their competition. I doubt we'll ever shop here again and I recommend you beware of this policy.
