When I was growing up I felt like bodywork was only for the rich. It was a lot for me to pay for a massage when I was 20 and felt like it was a waste of money...I could have gotten a better massage from a friend. The Tummy Temple has turned all of that around. I consider my investments in bodywork more important and valuable than the $620 I spend monthly on health insurance. The people that work on me there are my teachers and I am confident that I will live longer and happier in my body because of the support and guidance I have received there. A session a month, at the least, is something I consider to be critical as a healthy habit and every time I get a session at the Tummy Temple I wish I had been getting more, more often. Hats off to the most amazing group of bodyworkers and healers I've ever met.
