Beware of Coachworks car wash. My wife and I've been loyal customers for nine years. However, Coachworks recently damaged my car (deeply dinted and scratched the drivers side door on my Shelby GT500KR) and refused to admit it and provide me their insurance info and still would not even refund me for the oil change and wash. The manager obserdly argued I must have never noticed it before. We did review video but most of the time did not show the drivers side and it was played at a fast forward speed. I suggested to the manager that he, at the very least, should refund my oil change and car wash fee, to which he said absolutely not. I then suggested that it was possible for me to reverse my credit card payment, but manager said he report it as theft. That's just Bad business any way you look at it. As disrespectful as they come--to a long term customer to boot. Beware!!!
