Mike P the manager at ARS/ Rescue Rooter Tampa Bay was extremely helpful when our air conditioner was not working. Mike went out of his way to get a service technician to come to my home even when the other service techs were already scheduled to do a service job elsewhere. He sent a skilled tech to my home twice Jason, and Clint both of them did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Mike the manager made it a point to call me every step of the way to make sure me and my family was comfortable. Mike was very fair with his pricing to get the job done both times.
