... To see Dr. Gottlieb for a possible implant surgery. From scheduling my appointment and through the investigatory procedure, I was thoroughly impressed! I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff and Dr. Gottlieb's assistant, Jennifer. Dr. Gottlieb was professional yet down-to-earth and personable. He gave me confidence in his advice to proceed with the implant surgery. He also took the time to answer all my questions and I did not feel 'rushed'. Jennifer then took over and patiently explained the timeline(s), what I could expect the day of the procedure and the after-care. Then, off to Patty, the Treatment Coordinator. She explained the costs involved and provided an estimate in writing so that I knew exactly what insurance would most likely cover and what my estimated personal costs would be. In all, I left my appointment feeling informed and comfortable that I was in good hands on the day of the procedure and the necessary follow-ups. Thank you all!
