My daughter had an appointment at 5:00 pm for color. They call and ask us to come in at 4:30. We wait till 5 pm anyway as the person that is supposed to do her hair doesn't come in. Few things are worse they waiting around in an unfriendly salon where the clients are expected to accomodate their stylists.
