My car got recked almost a month ago! My claim agent is some guy named Carlos! He don't answer the phone or when we do speak he say he's gone call back but never does! I have a newborn and two year old. An my husband works everyday. It's EXTREMELY hard for us four to get around. I'm furious my dealer gave me this fraud insurance. My car is brand new and it's still in the shop.
