Customer service poor 9/13/2015

Felt rushed when we got nails done. Then came back within hour of getting gel French manicure to say we were concerned about it bubbling and the white tip looking see thru or thin and was told that they were fine but come back if not. I called later in the week to say that they indeed weren't staying like they should and couldn't make it in likely till the end of the weekend which I was told would be ok. When we arrived the "manager" argued with me about why I didn't come in sooner and my teenage daughter who was already feeling bad about having to get them fixed was scrutinized by him and then another employee nit picking everything he saw making excuses as to why they were like that while he was starting to fix them . Which embarrassed my daughter and insulted me. We told him the day of! We got Up and left. I would rather not have them fixed and not ever go back at this point. Poor business practice. Either you are going to happily fix them and keep a customer or don't ! Don't need the extra commentary. more
