Darrin and the ServiceMaster team gave me an estimate for mold remediation in my home in Rockville, that was slightly lower than one estimate but about 40% of another estimate from an operator that tried to use scare tactics. We worked with an environmental consulting firm to prioritize the work, and had ServiceMaster work on the critical areas and my tenant (who is in the home painting and redecorating business worked on other areas). The result was great and passed all post-tests and at a little more than half the cost of the estimate. Darrin was practical and helpful and good to work with , and this unusual partnership of splitting the work up with my tenant worked well. Don;t know if that will work for you, but I appreciate the honesty and practicality of Darrin and his teams and getting the job done. I am very pleased and Darrin can be very proud of this job.
