I have been dealing with Barker Mitsubishi for 15 years - I've owned 3 Mitsubishi vehicles. My latest service appointment left me never wanting to return to them for anything! Parts are b/o from Japan, they wanted me to pay up-front for them, and they patched hoses on my car without even telling me! VERY DIS-SATISFIED AND DISGRUNTLED. To make it worse, the manager had become involved and then did not even call me back when he said he would. more
