Purchased a computer from this company and after 4-5 months, the computer is still not working properly. Purchased a $1800+ computer from this company. The CPU has not worked for 4-5 months and the company will not take ownership. The CPU was delivered with Win 8 which did not work with our applications. The CPU was picked up weeks later and Win 7 was installed and was worse. They picked it up again, and installed win 10 and all the app's don't work properly. Aside, they sold my husband who is ill an $1800+ computer which he didn't need ( way too powerful and expensive and took advantage of him). They never provided a warranty in writing and now claim that "they have the sole discretion on warranty". Aside they installed Logmein which is a remote app without asking. That allows remote connect to the CPU which isnt right. This is a computer that is used for real-estate ( MLS ) and it is not acceptable for this company to have access to personal information that resides on this system. The computer doesn't work - it shuts down constantly. They will not take responsibility and resolve the issues or take it back and refund our $. They are unprofessional in their responses and are very aggressive. Not happy - and would give them a zero if I could
