I recently bought a vehicle from them for 16,480. I had a pre-approval for 19,000. We asked to have our sales tax & license fees included into the loan amount. They said "of course". They wrote us a check for the difference in the price of the vehicle & the pre approved loan, but changed the purchase price of the vehicle to the pre approved loan amount on the bill of sale. Now when we pay our sales tax on the vehicle we have to pay over $200 more because they won't correct the bill of sale! We are very unsatisfied & will NOT refer anyone else to buy anything from these people! If you want great, honest service go to Huber in Omaha :-) (that's were will get our vehicles from for now on)
