This company completey misrepresents itself online and in its sales pitch. Essentially it is a broker of products (earning most of its profit by charging a sizable mark up on products you are required to order through Knockout itself) and subcontracts other construction crews (that would cost much less if you were to hire them directly). Every step of the renovation process with them was painstaking (incorrect products orders, zero attention to detail, incorrect installments, terrible customer service (the owner, Keith, is deceptive and is constantly instructing his employees to lie on his behalf), sloppy maintenance of the project operations and site to the point where our building board shut down their operation of the project - Knockout tried to hide this from us until they realized they needed us to file an official request of approval from our building board in order for them to resume work). We remain stuck with an open project, four months past the expected completion date. A sizable amount of work for which we have already paid remains incomplete and we are waiting for them to return to finish it. I will provide an update as soon sa they complete the work for which we contracted and paid them. We hope the results make worth the pain we have gone through with this company.
