Make sure you get everything in writing.....And I mean everything. When it comes time to fire them(and you will) don't expect a phone call to cover it. They will have no recollection or record of the phone call. They sent a tech out after we had fired them and of course they still want to be paid. They are getting their ill-gotten gains from me but you have been warned. They are very good on the front end but just wait until it is time for a change. Then the real attitudes come out.
