would strongly recommend that you take your business elsewhere! In the age of overlap where companies are vying for the same customer’s, one thing that separates one company from another is the way that they treat their customers. And the individuals at Ample Electronics have no understanding about the concept of customer service whatsoever! My cue that I should have gone elsewhere with my business was the unprofessional manner of the person that initially fielded my call, it really sounded as if he didn’t want to be bothered. I placed a repair call on Saturday night and a technician came out on Tuesday at the tail end of the appointment window of 10am -12pm. I was shocked at the pungent odor that followed him upon entering my home and stayed long after he left, this was the second omen. His English was serviceable at best and the repairs were made in short order. A couple of days later I notice 4 screw heavy screws sitting on top of my cable unit. When I called the center back to advise them of what had transpired. His response was not to apologize, but to say that it was a honest mistake and then he asked incredulously “You’re calling in about this on a Sunday sir?” He promised that someone would call me back the following morning, no one ever did. I called back the following Monday afternoon and spoke to a woman who said that she was filling in and would relay the message, but never heard from anyone. When I got home from work and called back the same rude person who I spoke with on Sunday tried to convince me that these were shipping screws and that they weren’t needed. All the while his voice is rising in cadence… Until he erupts and says “Can you just put them back in for us? I’m not sending a person back out there just for you!” When I reply that this wasn’t my fault and that I merely wanted the services rendered that I paid for.
