I had a stunningly rude encounter with JZ at Howdy Honda. The salesman and I agreed to hold a car for 24 hours, my daughter would view it the next day, and she would have the final say as to purchasing the car or not. I received the salesman email that states the same.
She did not want the car after viewing it, and the salesman proceeded to berate her, asking multiple times why she and I weren't on the same page. I spoke with him afterwards, and he asked me the same question 3 times. He and I went back and forth on it. A potential customer walked into the showroom, viewed the car, did not purchase. These are every day occurences in the life of buying cars.
Stunning.
This is not Texas hospitality. It is shameful.
