I have a Turtle and had bought a basking spot from Petsmart Downingtown more than 2 months ago. Unfortunately the product was defective and it lost its ability to be buoyant, the staff at Petsmart were extremely helpful and the exchange process was very simple and straight forward despite the store being responsible for the product only for 60 days.
The manager was really nice to give me an even exchange on an even bigger basking spot for the inconvenience the previous transaction had put me through!
I think its a really good store with a great selection of fish and exotic pets..value for money. I would strongly recommend this place over Petco if you are trying to setup an aquarium or terrarium. (Petco is good too but selection is limited and prices are higher)
