When I called to request a sitter for the next day, the owner told me it wasn't enough notice and she didn't think she could help me, but she would try and call me back if she found someone. She never called, and I managed to arrange for another sitter. The next night a sitter shows up and says she is from Angel Sitters!! I explained that we had never heard back so we got someone else. Next thing I know, the owner calls and practically yells at me. She was very rude, told me not to call her again, and hung up on me. What am I missing here??
