I am desperate to buy a car but keen to make sure my investment is worth it - I can't visit every dealership and choose to speak to sales guys over phone. When doing this, I ran into honda of bellevue and the sale rep could care less about the customer or his needs and was keen on telling me what I should buy. He couldn't hold my attention for more than a couple of minutes and lost the entire conversation. He could care less about loosing the sale or the customer and did not feel bad or apologize...Perhaps its my lucky day and I ran into someone in a bad mood or with enough experience to be a trainee.
