Thai, the sales guy, has to go. Why? He is ruining a good business. The doctors and staffs have been very pleasant. Thai... He will try to squeeze the most money out of you. I understand he's a sales guy, but he cannot keep his promises. Went in for the $1795 LASIK surgery. Came out with a quote for $4000+ because the $1795 one is soooooooooooooo outdated and they don't even do it anymore (so why even advertise it when you don't perform the surgery?). He will BS you and say that based your eyes and prescription, you only want the best, and anything cheaper will be so much riskier... After all, you only have 2 eyes right? (yeah, thanks for scaring the crap out of me) Then when you finally get the price to be a little bit reasonable, he backs out that price right before your surgery appointment.
