Very frustrating. Called in a long-distance order to have flowers delivered to my mother and my aunt for their birthday. While the gentleman I spoke with was very happy to take my order and to guide me towards a product, neither bouquet of flowers was delivered on their birthday. When I called the following day I was told that the delivery had been rescheduled. I got an apology, but no explanation, no offer to refund my money, or in any way make up for their error. No noticeable remorse.I would advise going elsewhere if you have an important occasion/deadline. Poor follow-through, poor customer service, and no product yet...
Rated one-star only because zero stars is not a valid option...
