Let me begin by saying we LOVE our Stanek windows. The installation was perfectly done, and the installers were meticulous and neat in their work. After the job was "almost" completed, we had one very small issue we needed them to address - having a sliding glass door re-keyed (it was in our contract). This was the Tampa office. Promises were made - and broken. Appointments were made - and were no-shows. Phone call messages went unreturned. Only after several calls to the Cleveland headquarters was the minute issue resolved. Beware of (LACK OF) service after the sale, at least from the Tampa office. We may be losing money, but we REFUSE to recommend Stanek or refer anyone to them, lest they be ignored the way we were.
